Shipping Policy

We want your Fenn order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. This page explains how we handle processing, shipping, and any issues that may arise along the way.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team prepares and dispatches it within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (such as sale events or the holiday season), processing may take up to 2 additional business days. We’ll always keep you informed by email if there’s any unexpected delay.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Delivery Times by Region
The table below shows estimated delivery windows from the moment your order is dispatched. These are estimates, not guarantees actual delivery times can vary based on carrier workload, customs clearance, and local conditions.

All times shown are business days. Public holidays in the destination country may add 1–2 additional days.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a qualifying threshold, shown at checkout. For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee applies depending on your region. The exact amount will always be visible before you complete payment — no surprises.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to follow your package at any time.
Please note: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn’t moved in more than 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure what may apply to your order. We are unable to mark packages as “gifts” or under-declare their value.
6. Split Shipments
Occasionally, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages due to warehouse logistics. If this happens, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel. Please allow a few days for remaining items to arrive before contacting us.
7. Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 1–3 days before they physically arrive — particularly during busy periods. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, we recommend:

Checking with neighbours, a building concierge, or a secure parcel locker nearby

Waiting 1–2 business days in case of early scan

Checking any safe drop locations noted by the carrier
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days from the delivery scan, please contact us at hello@fenn.com and we will assist you.
8. Incorrect or Damaged Items
Wrong item received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@fenn.com with:

A photo of the item received

A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product before use and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We’re unable to change a shipping address once your order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address), we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery or a refund of the product value, minus original shipping costs.
