I used it only once for cooking vegetables, which went perfectly; the product appears solid and of excellent quality.
This is my first titanium pan so i thought i'd give it the acid test. the whole point of it is that it's a cast iron skillet substitute but lighter and more hygienic. i cooked bacon and eggs, two steaks on high heat and cajun chicken (which always sticks). it was black after the steaks. i cleaned the pan after each use and did use a magic eraser cube which works well on stainless. it came up as good as new. the photo below is what it looked like minutes ago.. i'm a ti pan convert! this one's also got side handles so it goes easily into the sink.
Very fast shipping. I am missing a fastening nut for assembling the pan. I hope to receive a replacement nut from the shop. Richi from Switzerland
The pan arrived very well packaged, and the handles were installed in a minute.
The pan is very even, the oil spreads evenly. When frying, you need to use lower heat than usual because heat conduction seems to be quite good. The meat has turned a nice brown color and only stuck briefly, but it quickly came off again.
After frying, the pan looked burnt, but this could easily be removed with water without using detergent.
So far, I am very satisfied with this pan.
